At Morning Rooster, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
You can return an item within [14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Opened tea packages
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items

To initiate a return, please contact us at cc@orningrooster.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

1.4 Shipping Costs for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

2.2 Partial Refunds:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Policy:

We will make every effort to process and ship your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days from the time of order confirmation.

 

6.2 Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
